720 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using any services provided by 720. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all 720 platform users in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without payment of any remaining balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity carried out under your account is considered your own. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact 720 customer support immediately.
- Registration details must be accurate and verifiable.
- Your password must be unique and must not be shared with anyone.
- 720 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time prior to processing a withdrawal.
- Accounts found to contain false information may be terminated immediately.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a 720 platform user, you agree to use this service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. You are not permitted to use this platform for any illegal activity, fraudulent conduct, or anything that could harm other users.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 720 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Distributing content that is unlawful, threatening, or harmful to other users.
- Using another person's account without authorisation or impersonating another individual.
720 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts, withholding balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities, should any of the above violations occur.
4. Payment Information, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All transactions on the 720 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users may make deposits using supported payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and approved local online banking.
Successfully confirmed deposits are typically credited within a short period after verification. 720 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers or technical issues beyond the platform's control.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Users must complete the identity verification process before their first withdrawal can be approved.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
- 720 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for security review or compliance purposes.
- Any taxes or charges related to transactions are the sole responsibility of the user.
- Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
In the event of any dispute relating to a transaction, users must submit a complaint within 30 days of the transaction date. 720 will thoroughly investigate each complaint and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from 720.
Account Suspension & Closure
720 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or at the platform's sole discretion. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to claim any compensation or remaining balance.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request to 720 customer support. Any valid balance that meets the withdrawal requirements will be returned in accordance with the established procedures.

The 720 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. 720 has no control over such third-party content and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the use of those third-party services.
Governing Law
